Project Overview

Christian Rose is a luxury streetwear brand with global ambitions and we helped shape its visual identity, digital presence, and international market expansion. From launching high-conversion e-commerce campaigns in the UK to developing a full creative and retail strategy for Southeast Asia, our work was instrumental in evolving Christian Rose into a recognised force now sold across major retailers such as Flannels, Sports Direct, House of Fraser, and many more. We also shot all the brands imagery both creative content as well as E-Commerce and pack shots.

This wasn’t just creative direction, it was strategic brand building across multiple markets and platforms.

Objectives

Our mission was to establish Christian Rose as a credible, scalable, and stylish brand across both Western and Asian markets. This meant:

  • Developing content and campaigns that positioned CR as a premium yet accessible brand
  • Supporting wholesale expansion into top-tier UK retailers including Frasers Group
  • Launching the brand in Asia with a locally adapted yet globally consistent retail experience
  • Building all creative assets needed for franchise sales, product launches, and digital campaigns

We combined brand clarity, powerful storytelling, and commercial intelligence to ensure every visual, product, and campaign moved the needle.

Scope of Work

This was an end-to-end engagement that covered every touchpoint in the customer and buyer journey, including:

  • Art direction, photography, and campaign production (UK and Asia).
  • Full e-commerce content ecosystem (product descriptions, landing pages, creative assets).
  • Retailer-ready image sets sed by Flannels, Sports Direct, and House of Fraser.
  • Franchise sales collateral and international marketing decks.
  • Launch strategy and retail marketing for Christian Rose Asia (Malaysia).
  • Social content production and localised email campaign frameworks for the Southeast Asian market.
