Project Overview
Christian Rose is a luxury streetwear brand with global ambitions and we helped shape its visual identity, digital presence, and international market expansion. From launching high-conversion e-commerce campaigns in the UK to developing a full creative and retail strategy for Southeast Asia, our work was instrumental in evolving Christian Rose into a recognised force now sold across major retailers such as Flannels, Sports Direct, House of Fraser, and many more. We also shot all the brands imagery both creative content as well as E-Commerce and pack shots.
This wasn’t just creative direction, it was strategic brand building across multiple markets and platforms.
Our mission was to establish Christian Rose as a credible, scalable, and stylish brand across both Western and Asian markets. This meant:

We embedded ourselves into the Christian Rose leadership team, treating the brand’s success as our own. Our approach combined creative vision with operational execution from capturing seasonal lookbooks and styling campaigns to building investor decks, digital strategy, and store rollout plans.
Every decision was guided by two principles: brand consistency and commercial growth.
This project activated a multidisciplinary team including fashion photographers, growth marketers, e-commerce strategists, and automation specialists. Together, we developed and executed a tailored plan that spanned three continents, dozens of retailers, and multiple revenue channels.
Our experience across fashion, retail, and performance marketing ensured CR had both style and substance on every channel.
