Bloom designed Aria AI as an always on voice SDR that contacts new leads via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, and others in under 60 seconds, captures deposits, and books clients straight into businesses calendars. Fusing ElevenLabs’ lifelike speech with BigQuery + ML learning loops, the system lifts booking conversion freeing human resource to focus on growing and developing the business while Aria fills the calendar.

Project Overview:


Aria AI is Bloom’s flagship voice-automation project for a client that has nationwide coverage. We engineered a real-time SDR (Sales Development Rep) that calls new leads in under 60 seconds, speaks in a lifelike voice, guides prospects through qualification, and secures a refundable booking deposit, all before the caller hangs up. By fusing natural-language AI with studio calendars and Stripe checkout, Aria AI turns cold leads into paid appointments while studio owners stay focused on shooting.

Objectives:

Lift booking conversions by 30% verses traditional human call-backs.

Reduce no-show rates to less than 5%.

Deliver predictable revenue to each business using Aria AI

Create a data feedback loop: every call transcript feeds BigQuery ML so Aria learns and improves daily.

Scope of Work:

Voice Experience Design – cloned, brand-consistent voices; dialogue flow mapping; rebuttal scripting.

AI Engineering – Vapi orchestration, GPT-4o prompting, ElevenLabs TTS, BigQuery ML optimisation.

System Integration – Meta & Google ad funnels, studio CRMs/calendars, Stripe-hosted payment links.

Analytics Dashboard – live call recordings, conversion KPIs, A/B script testing.

Compliance & Security – GDPR alignment, PCI-DSS payment flow, incident-response playbook.

Custom API Middleware - Custom middleware to integrate third party platforms and tools into Aria AI.

  • Average uplift so far: +32 % bookings.
  • Road-map: UK roll-out, then Europe in 2026 and USA in 2027.
